A syringe for self dermal rejuvenation is disclosed. The syringe for self dermal rejuvenation includes a liquid syringe and an injection member. The liquid syringe includes a cylinder filled with liquid, a piston inserted into the cylinder from the top of the cylinder, a discharge portion formed on a lower end of the cylinder, and a thread formed around the discharge portion. When a user turns the coupling portion to couple the coupling portion to the thread, the injection member is fastened with the liquid syringe. Liquid is injected into the injection member from an upper end of the body part through the liquid syringe. An inlet check valve is provided on one side of a lower end of the injection member such that gas can be injected into the injection member from the lower end through the inlet check valve.
