PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method of treatment of Parkinson's disease, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, dementia with Lewy bodies, vascular dementia with non-imidazole alkylamine derivatives that constitute antagonists of the H-receptors of histamine.SOLUTION: The present invention demonstrates that an H3R antagonist/inverse agonist can significantly mitigate a number of main symptoms of these diseases.【課題】本発明は、ヒスタミンのH3受容体のアンタゴニストを構成する非イミダゾールアルキルアミン誘導体でパーキンソン病、閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸、ナルコレプシー、レビー小体型認知症、血管性認知症を治療する新規の方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明者らは、H3Rのアンタゴニスト／逆アゴニストが、これらの疾病のいくつかの主な症状を顕著に改善できることを実証した。【選択図】なし
