This invention relates to an air supplying structure for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The air supplying structure of this invention includes a mouth bite apparatus, a cover body, an air supplying tubing, and a plurality of sampling tubings. The cover body is connected with the mouth bite apparatus, and the air supplying tubing is connected with the cover body and supplies oxygen into the cover body for an examinee to inhale, so as to keep the examinee breathing smoothly. Those sampling tubings can collect carbon dioxide exhaled from the mouth and nose of the examinee to monitor the concentration of carbon dioxide, so as to determine whether the examinee has respiratory disorder according to the concentration of carbon dioxide exhaled from the mouth and nose of the examinee. When the examinee has respiratory disorder, positive pressure or negative pressure oxygen can be immediately supplied to restore the examinee to normal respiration to avoid life threatening due to lack of oxygen when apnea occurs, so as to greatly increase the safety of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, and enable the endoscopic examination to be continuously performed even the examinee has respiratory disorder.本發明係有關於一種用於上消化道內視鏡檢查之供氣結構,本發明之供氣結構包含一口咬器、一罩體、一供氣管路及複數採樣管路,罩體連接口咬器,供氣管路連接罩體,並提供一氧氣至罩體內,以供受檢查者吸取,以保持受檢查者之呼吸順暢。該些採樣管路可採集受檢測者之口鼻所呼出之二氧化碳,以監測二氧化碳之濃度,依據受檢查者之口鼻所呼出之二氧化碳濃度判斷受檢查者是否發生呼吸異常,當受檢查者發生呼吸異常時,可即時供應正壓或負壓氧氣,以恢復受檢查者之呼吸,避免受檢查者因發生呼吸中止產生缺氧而危急生命,有效提升於上消化道內視鏡檢查之安全性,於受檢查者發生呼吸異常時內視鏡檢查仍可持續進行。
