PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter which can prevent a vacant hill by exactly moving a seedling placing table to a seedling table end position.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter comprises: a lateral feeder mechanism which reciprocates a seedling placing table seedling table position detection means which detects a position of the seedling placing table a first actuator which changes a moving speed of the seedling placing table and a control device which drive-controls the first actuator. When a signal for moving the seedling placing table to a seedling table end position is inputted, the control device drive-controls the first actuator so that the seedling placing table moves at a first prescribed speed, and when it is detected that the seedling placing table arrives at a prescribed position before the seedling table end position by the seedling table position detection means, the control device drive-controls the first actuator so that the seedling placing table moves at a second prescribed speed which is lower than the first prescribed speed.【課題】苗載台を正確に苗台端位置に移動させて、欠株を防止することができる田植機を提供する。【解決手段】苗載台を左右往復動させる横送り機構と、苗載台の位置を検出する苗台位置検出手段と、苗載台の移動速度を変更する第一アクチュエータと、第一アクチュエータを駆動制御する制御装置とを備える田植機であって、前記制御装置は、苗載台を苗台端位置に移動させる信号が入力されると、苗載台が第一所定速度で移動するように第一アクチュエータを駆動制御し、苗台位置検出手段により苗載台が苗台端位置より手前の所定位置に到達したことを検出すると、苗載台が第一所定速度よりも遅い第二所定速度で移動するように第一アクチュエータを駆動制御する。【選択図】図11
