The present invention relates to an oral film consisting essentially of dexamethasone and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, wherein the concentration of dexamethasone is 30% w/w or more and the concentration of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is between 35 and 70% w/w based on total dry matter.La présente invention concerne un film oral essentiellement constitué de dexaméthasone et dhydroxypropyl méthylcellulose, la concentration de dexaméthasone étant égale ou supérieure à 30 % M/M et la concentration dhydroxypropyl méthylcellulose étant comprise entre 35 et 70 % M/M par rapport à la matière sèche totale.
