PURPOSE: A sweetener composition for Korean traditional liquor is provided to improve the functionality, the taste, and the flavor of the Korean traditional liquor. CONSTITUTION: A sweetener composition for Korean traditional liquor is obtained from the following steps: washing raw materials for absorbing the moisture； steaming and cooling the raw materials, and fermenting the raw materials with yeast； and inserting a sweetener mixture into the fermented raw materials, and aging the mixture. The sweetener composition contains 4.9-9.99 parts of edible fiber by weight, 0.001-0.01 parts of sucralose by weight, and 0.001-0.01 parts of acesulfame potassium by weight. The Korean traditional liquor contains 90-95wt% of traditional liquor undiluted solution, and 5-10wt% of sweetener composition.본 발명은 전통주용 감미료 조성물, 이를 포함하는 전통주 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 식이섬유, 수크랄로스 및 아세설팜칼륨으로 이루어진 전통주용 감미료 조성물, 이를 사용하여 제조된 주질이 우수하고, 맛과 향이 뛰어난 전통주, 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
