Multilayer flexible material (1), of sheet or film type, adapted in particular for the production of a perishable product packaging device. This flexible material comprises: - a contact layer (12) based at least on a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol (EVOH)； an outer layer (10) whose structure has at least one elasticity, a resistance to perforation and an impermeability to ultraviolet rays； and an intermediate layer (11) interposed between the contact (12) and outer (10) layers, based on a material capable of trapping the oxygen molecules coming into contact with the intermediate layer (11).Matériau flexible multicouche (1), de type feuille ou film, adapté notamment pour la réalisation d'un dispositif de conditionnement de produit périssable.Ce matériau flexible comprend :- une couche de contact (12) à base au moins d'un copolymère d'éthylène et d'alcool vinylique (EVOH) ；- une couche extérieure (10) dont la structure présente au moins une élasticité, une résistance à la perforation et une imperméabilité aux rayons ultra-violets ； et- une couche intermédiaire (11) interposée entre les couches de contact (12) et extérieure (10), à base d'un matériau apte à piéger les molécules d'oxygène entrant en contact avec la couche intermédiaire (11).
