The present invention relates to interleukin--7 (IL-7) fusion proteins, methods of manufacturing the same, and their use. The fusion protein comprises an immunoglobulin portion fused directly or indirectly to IL-7, are modified at specific positions as compared to wild-type IL-7 to improve the biological and pharmaceutical properties.
