PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the small number of load weights be sufficient and to eliminate the need of manually adding or detaching the load weights as before when changing loads.
SOLUTION: The load weights 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of different weight are made parallel. Then, the weights are connected through load weight connecting cable bodies 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 to pulleys 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 for the load weights which are made parallel to a main shaft 2 freely rotatable in the vertical direction and are freely rotatable to the main shaft 2 respectively. Only the pulleys for the load weights connected to the load weights selected to attain a prescribed load are connected to the main shaft 2. A pulley 20 for load transmission is fixed to the end part of the main shaft 2, the base end of a load transmitting cable body 21 is fixed to the pulley 20 for the load transmission and it is wound.
