The present invention relates to an eco-friendly vegetation block, in which a vegetation part is formed in the front thereof in the axial direction of a block body and a loading part is formed in the rear thereof in a body. The height of the vegetation part is lower than the height of the loading part to allow the vegetation part to protrude from the front bottom of the loading part. A vegetation tray is formed on the top of the vegetation part by a square U-shaped outer wall. A drain hole is formed in the bottom surface of the vegetation tray. A loading protruding part is formed on the top surface of the loading part in a longitudinal direction, and a loading groove part, to which the loading protrusion part is fitted, is formed on the bottom surface of the loading part in a body.
