PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-plastering machine capable of forming a flat levee top surface, at a stabilized height.SOLUTION: The levee-plastering machine includes a banking body for banking up soil, and a levee top surface-forming body 5 for compacting the bank with the banking body and forming the levee top surface in the form of a horizontal surface. The levee top surface-forming body 5 includes a plurality of turning members 51, capable of turning with a turning the central axial line b parallel to a rotation center axial line a as the center, becoming a protrusion state of protruding from an imaginary cylindrical surface 50 with the rotation central axial line a, as the center by turning to one direction, and becoming a non-protrusion state, without protruding from the imaginary cylindrical surface 50 by turning to the other directions.
