Biocompatible particles, according to the present invention, have encapsulated nanoparticles comprising a liposome including a drug therein, and comprise a PEO-PPO-PEO copolymer which is associated on a surface of the liposome. The biocompatible particles, according to the present invention, can flexibly control a drug release rate regardless of the solubility unique to the drug due to increased stability in an aqueous solution, thereby exhibiting continuous drug release. Also, the present invention exists stably in a powder form, thereby providing convenience for storage and administration. Therefore, the biocompatible particles according to the present invention can be useful as a drug delivery carrier.본 발명에 따른 생체적합성 입자는 리포좀 내에 약물이 포함된 나노 입자가 봉입(encapsulation)되어 있으며 상기 리포좀의 표면에 PEO-PPO-PEO 공중합체가 회합되어 있다. 본 발명의 생체적합성 입자는 수용액에서의 안정성이 증가되어 약물이 갖는 고유의 용해도에 상관없이 약물 방출율을 자유로이 조절하여 지속적인 약물 방출 형태를 나타낸다. 또한 분말 형태로 안정하게 존재하므로 보관 및 투여에 편리성을 제공한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 생체적합성 입자는 약물 전달체로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
