PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing immune tolerance in a subject in need of treatment with a therapeutic agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for reducing undesired immune responses. When a rabbit anti-mouse thymocyte globulin polyclonal antibody or alemtuzumab antibody therapeutic agent is administered to a patient with multiple sclerosis, a patient in need of tissue transplantation, a patient in need of organ transplantation, a patient with aplastic anemia, or a patient with graft-versus-host disease or at risk thereof, the method reduces undesired immune responses, such as anti-drug antibody (ADA) responses and other T- and/or B-cell-mediated immune responses, in a patient by using treatment with methotrexate.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】治療薬での処置の必要がある対象において免疫寛容を誘導する方法の提供。【解決手段】多発性硬化症患者、組織移植の必要がある患者、臓器移植の必要のある患者、再生不良性貧血を有する患者、又は移植片対宿主病であるかもしくはそのリスクがある患者へのウサギ抗マウス胸腺細胞グロブリンポリクローナル抗体又はアレムツズマブ抗体治療薬投与時に、メトトレキサートでの処置を用いることにより、患者において抗薬物抗体（ＡＤＡ）応答並びに他のＴ及び／又はＢ細胞性免疫応答などの望ましくない免疫応答を低減する方法。【選択図】なし
