The present invention provides a dynamic wheelchair tilting adjustment device, which comprises a seat assembly and an air bag assembly. The seat assembly comprises a seat base and a seat back, wherein the seat back is disposed on the seat base and the inferior angle formed between the seat back and the seat base is greater than 140 degrees and less than 155 degrees. The air bag assembly is disposed on the seat assembly and comprises an inflating pump, a femur adjusting air bag, and a lumbar adjusting air bag, wherein the inflating pump is disposed on the seat assembly, the femur adjusting air bag is disposed on the seat base, and the lumbar adjusting air bag is disposed on the seat back.
