PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently apply a quantum wave to an object to be irradiated.SOLUTION: A resin panel 23 kneaded with semiconductor powder is lined on a metal enclosure 22, and a large-sized dome 2 for housing a person to be treated and a material is formed in the inside. Therefore, a quantum wave which is radiated from the metal enclosure 22 is applied to an object to be irradiated, for instance, a person to be treated (human body), and the quantum wave which penetrate the person to be treated or is reflected by the person to be treated, is reflected by the semiconductor powder and again applied to the person to be treated. With this, the quantum wave can be efficiently applied to the total body of the person to be treated, or in the case of various objects such as food, organisms and industrial products as the other object to be irradiated, the denaturation can be efficiently performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】被照射物に効率的に量子波を照射できるようにする。【解決手段】金属筐体２２に、半導体パウダーが練り込まれた樹脂パネル２３を内張りして、内部に被治療者や物質を収容する大型のドーム２を形成する。したがって、金属筐体２２から輻射された量子波は、被照射物としての、たとえば被治療者（人体）に照射され、さらに被治療者を透過したり被治療者で反射されたりした量子波は、前記半導体パウダーで反射されて再び被治療者に照射される。こうして、量子波を被治療者の全身に、効率良く照射することができる。或いは、他の被照射物として、食物や生物、工業製品などの種々の物体の場合には、その変性を、効率的に行うこともできる。【選択図】図１
