PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform wide treatment in the total body when performing treatment by a quantum wave.SOLUTION: An internal surface 21 comprises a material which radiates and reflects a quantum wave, in more details, a resin panel 23 kneaded with a semiconductor powder, a large-sized dome 2 for housing a person to be treated is provided in the inside, and quantum wave generators 3 and 4 radiate a quantum wave from the internal surface 21 of the dome 2.
