The present invention relates to a novel anti-fungal peptide PG-2 derived from Gogu Valley potato, and to a use thereof. More specifically the novel peptide of the present invention, which is isolated from the Gogu Valley potato (Solanum tuberosum L cv. Gogu Valley) and has the amino acid sequence written down as sequence number 1, exhibits marked anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effects and is not cytotoxic and thus can advantageously be used as an anti-bacterial or anti-fungal pharmaceutical composition, cosmetic composition, agrichemical, food preservative, cosmetic preserving agent and drug preserving agent.Linvention concerne un nouveau peptide fongicide PG-2 dérivé de la pomme de terre Gogu valley, ainsi que son utilisation. Plus particulièrement, le nouveau peptide de la présente invention, qui est isolé de la pomme de terre de la variété Gogu valley (Solanum tuberosum L cv. Gogu Valley) et qui possède la séquence dacides aminés décrite comme séquence numéro 1, présente des effets antibactériens et fongicides marqués et nest pas cytotoxique, ce qui permet de lutiliser avantageusement en tant que composition pharmaceutique antibactérienne ou fongicide et cosmétique, en tant que produit agrochimique, en tant quagent de conservation alimentaire, cosmétique et pharmaceutique.본 발명은 고구밸리 품종의 감자로부터 유래된 신규한 항진균 펩타이드 PG-2 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 고구밸리 품종의 감자(Solanum tuberosum L cv. Gogu Valley)로부터 분리한 서열번호 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 가지는 신규한 펩타이드는 현저한 항균 및 항진균 효과를 나타내고, 세포독성이 없으므로, 항균 또는 항진균용 약학적 조성물, 화장료 조성물, 농약, 식품방부제, 화장품 보존제 및 의약품 보존제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
