The purpose of the notification is cosmetic emulsion of oil in water, which contains lyophilised extract of red flowers in quantities from 0,1 to 1,0% weight, emollients in quantities from 20 to 29% weight, two natural, hydrophilic, non -ionic, sugar emulsifiers, that is polyglucose cetearyl in quantities from 3 to 8% weight and sucrose distearinate in quantities from 2 to 5% weight, preservative in quantities from 1 to 3% weight, antioxidant in the form of vitamin E in quantities from 0,1 to 1,0% weight and water in addition to 100% weight. The cosmetic emulsion water in oil is characterised by the presence of lyophilised extract of red flowers in quantities from 0,1 to 1,0% weight,emollients in quantities from 24 to 30% weight, hydrophobic non -ionic emulsifier base in quantities from 4 to 8% weight and emulsifier base in quantities from 1 to 4% weight, and preservative in quantities from 1 to 3% weight, antioxidant in the form of vitamin E in quantities from 0,1 to 1,0% weight, magnesium sulphate stabiliser in quantities from 0,3 to 0,8% weight and water in addition to 100% weight.
