PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal including a vein authentication device capable of imaging a vivid vein pattern and being miniaturized.SOLUTION: The information terminal includes a display part, an input part, an enclosure, a window provided on a plane of the enclosure so as to allow a living body to be placed thereon, a light source provided in the enclosure through the window, and an imaging part for picking up a vein image of the living body by light from the light source and includes at least an image operation part which processes the vein image picked up by the imaging part.
