PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging device that can be switched to a different imaging state easily.SOLUTION: A medical imaging device 1 captures an image for assisting diagnosis of an affected part by changing a state between a first imaging state for imaging an affected part in an ordinary imaging state and a second imaging state for imaging the affected part in an imaging state different from the ordinary imaging state. The medical imaging device 1 includes an imaging device body 10 having a first light source 50, a second light source 60, an imaging element 31, and lens groups 20 and 21 located on an optical axis OA connecting the imaging element 31 and a subject, and is configured so that at least the first light source 50 is adopted as a light source for irradiating the subject with light in the first imaging state, and at least the second light source 60 is adopted as a light source for irradiating the subject with light in the second imaging state.
