PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical magnifying glass that has relatively high magnification and nonetheless can provide visual information outside a visual field diameter even during observation and thereby can secure a wide visual field.SOLUTION: A surgical magnifying glass 1a is provided that comprises: an eyepiece 20 an objective lens 30 and a lens holder 100 for holding the eyepiece 20 and the objective lens 30, enabling at least any one of the eyepiece 20 and the objective lens 30 to be replaced with another lens, and enabling a relative position of the eyepiece 20 and the objective lens 30 to be changed.
