NOVEL PAENIBACILLUS SP. MBT213, FERMENTED GINSENG USING THE SAME AND COMPOSITION COMPRISING EXTRACT OF FERMENTED GINSENG USING THE SAME FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING ATOPIC DERMATITIS
The present invention relates to novel Paenibacillussp. MBT213 (microorganism deposition number KACC91831P) and to a fermented ginseng using the same. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis which comprises extracts of fermented ginseng using Paenibacillussp. MBT213. A culture media of the Paenibacillussp. MBT213 (microorganism deposition number KACC91831P) has excellent effects which converts ginsenoside Rg1 inside the ginseng into Rd. In addition, the fermented ginseng or extract of the same which is manufactured by using the effects suppresses activities of MIP-1&alpha； (macrophage inflammatory protein-1&alpha；), IL-4 (interleukin-4) and IL-13 (interleukin-13) in order to be used as a medicine for treating or alleviating symptoms of various skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.본 발명은 신규한 패니바실러스 속 MBT213 균주(Paenibacillus sp. MBT213, 미생물 수탁번호 KACC91831P) 및 이를 이용한 발효인삼에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 패니바실러스 속 MBT213 균주를 이용한 발효인삼의 추출물을 함유하는 아토피 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 패니바실러스 속 MBT213 균주(Paenibacillus sp. MBT213, 미생물 수탁번호 KACC91831P)의 배양액은 인삼 내의 진세노사이드 Rg1을 Rd로 변환시키는 효과가 우수하다. 또한 이와 같은 효과를 이용하여 제조한 발효인삼 또는 이의 추출물은 MIP-1α(macrophage inflammatory protein-1α), IL-4(interleukin-4) 및 IL-13(interleukin-13)의 활성을 억제함으로써 아토피 피부염과 같은 각종 피부질환의 증세를 치료 또는 경감시키는 치료제로 용이하게 이용될 수 있다.
