The present invention relates to a contrasting composition containing a non-ionic surfactant as an X-ray contrast agent and a foam promoter, and to a method for producing the composition. The contrasting composition of the present invention has a high tackiness, which is advantageous over a conventional contrast agent for long-term contrast. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the contrast effect similar to the conventional contrast agent for a long time and to reduce the amount of the contrast agent used in the gastrointestinal fluoroscopic examination, the biliary system contrast test, the vascular system disorder test and the like which require adhesiveness.본 발명은 X-선 조영제 및 기포촉진제로서 비이온성 계면활성제를 함유하며, 미세기포를 포함하는 조영 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조영 조성물은 점착성이 높아 장기간의 조영에 기존의 조영제보다 유리한 효과를 가진다. 따라서 점착성이 필요한 위장관 투시검사, 담도계 조영검사, 혈관계 질환 검사 등에서 기존의 조영제와 유사한 조영 효과를 오랜 시간 유지할 수 있으며, 사용되는 조영제의 양을 줄일 수 있다.
