PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag opener for easily taking a fungus bed out of a fungus bed bag. SOLUTION: A peripheral surface part 3 and a bottom face part 4 of the fungus bed bag 1 are cut in approximately U-shape along either one of the peripheral surface part 3 and the bottom face part 4 of the fungus bed bag 1 from a prescribed position of the peripheral surface part 3 and bottom face part 4 of the fungus bed bag 1 containing the fungus bed 2 of rectangular solid shape. After developing the fungus bed bag 1 from the cut part of the fungus bed bag 1, the cut part of the fungus bed bag 1 is picked and pulled. The fungus bed 2 can thereby be easily taken out of the fungus bed bag 1 without cutting the fungus bed bag 1 large at random or gripping to take out the fungus bed 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
