An ophthalmic system for correcting sight defects provides a first polarized lens (Li), suitable to be integrated to the eye (EB), provided with a central part (H) transparent to the light suitable to perform the function of a pinhole, and further provides a second polarized lens (L2) suitable to be mounted externally to the eye (EB) in optical coupling with the first lens (Li). This ophthalmic system allows to correct sight defects without limiting the vision of the patient on which it is applied.L'invention concerne un système ophtalmique pour corriger des défauts de la vue qui comprend une première lentille polarisée (Li), appropriée pour être intégrée à un œil (EB), pourvue d'une partie centrale (H) transparente à la lumière apte à remplir la fonction d'un sténopé, et comprend en outre une seconde lentille polarisée (L2) appropriée pour être montée à l'extérieur de l'oeil (EB) en couplage optique avec la première lentille (Li). Ce système ophtalmique permet de corriger des défauts de la vue sans restreindre la vision du patient sur lequel il est appliqué.
