PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed hand cream having excellent antibacterial/moisture retention property having the following features: when foam formed by being sprayed on skin is spread, the foam is immediately deformed and changed into oil shape so as to exert excellent antibacterial property and sterilizing property; and the foamed hand cream may be carried in a portable container without a risk of leakage.SOLUTION: The foamed hand cream comprises: as a main agent, lower alcohol having 2 to 4 carbons and water; a jetting stock solution comprising higher alcohol having 8 to 24 carbons for providing deformable property with it and moisture retention component; and jetting agent. When the foam splayed on skin is deformed in a quick breaking manner and immediately changed to oil shape, foam for floating dirt on skin and the like are formed simultaneously.
