PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing type antioxidizing extraction and storage container for liquid in which the liquid, such as wine, soy sauce, oil and cosmetics, is prevented from being exposed to air in order to inhibit oxidation.SOLUTION: Provided is an antioxidizing extraction and storage container for liquid having a structure not permitting exposure of the liquid to air, even during usage, by using a method of manufacturing: a plunger 1 which has seal packings 8 and 9 for extruding the liquid with light force without causing leakage, and a protrusion, and which can be extended and contracted by disposing a groove for sliding and fixing a nozzle 11 connected to a flexible tube 7 with a water conduit therein, and provided with a cap lid or a valve lid operated in a rotary manner and a syringe 14A with a straight inner face.
