PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple seed holder with a high germination rate.SOLUTION: A seed holding sheet 100 comprises a sheet body 1 made of paper, water-soluble paper P and multiple seeds S. The sheet body 1 is foldable at a fold line L1 provided approximately at a center, and a through-hole 1h and a ribbed hole 2 are formed at approximately symmetric positions across the fold line L1. The ribbed hole 2 has a cross-shaped rib 2a formed at its center, and four fan-shaped holes 2b are formed thereby. The rib 2a can prevent the water-soluble paper P from being broken during transportation, assembly or the like.
