PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately keep water in the surrounding of seedling to appropriately water the seedling, and to facilitate cultivation management of the seedling after planting to improve working efficiency since the surroundings of the seedling planted by a conventional transplanting machine is completely uniformed, the water watered at the same time as planting of the seedling or after planting is drained away from the surroundings of the seedling, inhibiting effective watering, in addition, fertilizer or chemical applied to the surroundings of the seedling is similarly flown away from the surroundings of the seedling, inhibiting effective application of fertilizer or chemical.SOLUTION: The transplanting method plants the seeding by a planting device 28 in a dent hole 140 formed by a hole-making device 142. The transplanting machine includes: a traveling promoters 14 driven by a motor 11 and the planting tool 28 which is lifted up and down by a driving mechanism in a planting transmission case 26, and is provided with the hole making device 142 for forming the dent hole 140 by lifting up and down in the surrounding of the seedling planted in an agricultural field by the planting tool 28.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の移植機で植付けられた苗の周囲はきれいに均されているので、苗の植付けと同時か植付けた後にした潅水は、苗の周囲から遠くに流れてしまって、有効な潅水が行なえない。また、施肥や施薬を苗の周囲に行なっても、同様に、苗の周囲から遠くに飛散し有効な施肥や施薬が行なえない。本発明は、苗の周囲に水が適切に残り、良好な苗への潅水が行なえて、移植後の苗の栽培管理が容易で作業効率が良くなることを課題とする。【解決手段】作穴装置142にて形成した凹み状の穴140内に植付具28にて苗を植付ける移植方法と、原動機11で駆動される走行推進体14と植付伝動ケース26内の駆動機構にて昇降駆動される植付具28を装備した移植機において、該植付具28が圃場に植付ける苗の周囲に昇降作動して凹み状の穴140を形成する作穴装置142を設けた移植機。【選択図】図11
