PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain light operation feeling by reducing a depression stroke of a piston as much as possible.SOLUTION: There is provided a conduit switching device for endoscopes, which is constituted in the following. An air-tight cap 77, a first coil spring 78, and a second coil spring 79 are disposed in a cylinder cap 52. Abutting surfaces of the air-tight cap 77 and an operation cap 47 are made of a metal. An air-tight cap ventilation hole 103 is provided in the metallic abutting surface of the air-tight cap 77. The abutting surfaces abut on each other first by the depression operation of the operation cap 47 to place the piston 51 in a half-pressed position. When the abutting surfaces abut on each other, a skirt-like sealing packing 109 is elastically deformed, and the air-tightness between the abutting surfaces is ensured. Since the hole 103 is sealed by the sealing packing 109, suction processing using a suction button 29 is reliably performed.
