These are compounds of the general formula (I) wherein: R1 represents halogen, CN or NO2； R2 represents hydrogen or halogen； n represents 1 or 2； R3 represents phenyl substituted by one or more halogens or C1 -C6 alkyls； or a cyclohexyl； as well as therapeutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof. Such compounds are useful as protease-activated receptor-1 antagonists (par-1), particularly in the treatment of thrombosis.Patente de Invenção: DERIVADOS DE CINAMOIL-PIPERAZINA E SEU USO COMO ANTAGONISTAS PAR-I. Trata-se de compostos da fórmula geral (I), em que: R~ 1~ representa halogênio, CN ou NO~ 2~； R~ 2~ representa hidrogênio ou halogênio； n representa 1 ou 2； R~ 3~ representa fenila substituída por um ou mais halogênios ou C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alquilas； ou um cicloexil； bem como os sais ou solvatos terapeuticamente aceitáveis dessa. Esses compostos são úteis como antagonistas (par-1) do receptor-1 ativado por protease, particularmente no tratamento de trombose.
