PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry fractionation method in which thickening of a crystal slurry and lowering of solid-liquid separation efficiency in a crystallization and compression filtration process are avoided in dry fractionation of fat such as palm kernel oil in which a crystal content is large, a crystal fraction can be obtained in a high yield by agitation crystallization, and fractionation accuracy is high.SOLUTION: A crystallization and compression filtration process in dry fractionation is divided into multiple stages and repeated, a main crystal component is concentrated in respective crystal fractions, the crystal fractions rich in the main crystal component are obtained. A multistage fractionation is performed, thereby a crystal content in the crystallization and compression filtration process can be controlled in a range that a crystal slurry can be pumped out, and solid-liquid separation efficiency can be raised.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】結晶量の多いパーム核油などの油脂の乾式分別において、晶析・圧搾濾過工程での結晶スラリーの増粘と固液分離効率の低下の問題を回避し、撹拌晶析により結晶画分を高収率で得ることができる、分別精度の高い乾式分別法を提供する。【解決手段】乾式分別における晶析・圧搾濾過工程を多段に分けて繰り返して、それぞれの結晶画分に主要結晶成分を濃縮して主要結晶成分に富む結晶画分を得る。多段分取することにより、晶析・圧搾濾過工程での結晶量を結晶スラリーがポンプ輸送出来る範囲内に制御出来るとともに固液分離効率を高めることが出来る。【選択図】なし
