Die vorliegende Erfindung offenbart neue Wirkstoffe zur Behandlung und Prophylaxe von retroviralen Infektionen und ihren Folgeerkrankungen, insbesondere von HIV-Infektionen und AIDS, aus der Gruppe der Deubiquitinase-Inhibitoren. Durch Gabe der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird die Immunogenität von viralen Proteinen und damit die antivirale Immunantwort gesteigert. Des Weiteren wird ein neuer Wirkmechanismus zur Behandlung dieser Erkrankungen durch die Hemmung von USP47 dargelegt.The present invention discloses novel drugs for the treatment and prophylaxis of retroviral infections and their sequelae, in particular HIV infections and AIDS, from the group of deubiquitinase inhibitors. By administering the compounds according to the invention, the immunogenicity of viral proteins and thus the antiviral immune response are increased. Furthermore, a new mechanism of action for the treatment of these diseases by the inhibition of USP47 is set forth.
