Eine Drainageschlauchvorrichtung zum Absaugen von Flüssigkeiten aus einem menschlichen oder tierischen Körper, weist auf eine Kupplungseinheit mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Kupplungsteil (3,4), welche miteinander fluiddicht verbindbar sind, ein erstes Ventil (41), welches im ersten Kupplungsteil (4) angeordnet ist und einen Drainageschlauch (1) mit einem patientenseitigen Ende, welches im zweiten Kupplungsteil (3) gehalten ist. Der Drainageschlauch (1) ist mehrlumig ausgebildet und weist eine Drainageleitung (10) und mindestens eine Zusatzleitung (11) auf. Diese Drainageleitung (10) und mindestens eine der genannten Zusatzleitungen (11) stehen miteinander an ihrem patientenseitigen Ende innerhalb des zweiten Kupplungsteils (3) in fluidkommunizierender Verbindung. Die Drainageschlauchvorrichtung weist ferner ein zweites Ventil (2) auf, welches im zweiten Kupplungsteil (3) angeordnet ist und welches die Drainageleitung (10) öffnet und verschliesst.
