The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional pill of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner seeds which is easily taken and can express various effects of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner seeds. The method comprises the following steps: (S1) mixing Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner seed powder, concentrated honey and hydrocooked extracts of Crucian carp to produce mixed raw materials； (S2) aging the mixed raw materials for four hours at 26-33°C； (S3) preparing the aged mixed raw materials into a pill having the weight of 0.01-5 g； and drying the prepared pill for four hours at 45-50°C.
