PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus imaging device capable of carrying out quantitative image analysis even in fluorescent photography performed with brightness adjustment.SOLUTION: A fundus imaging device comprises: a light projection optical system for projecting light to the fundus of a subject eye a light receiving optical system for obtaining a fundus image illuminated by light projection means excitation light projection means for projecting excitation light for fluorescent reaction by using at least a part of the projection light optical system fluorescent reaction imaging means that is placed on a light projection optical path of excitation light to be projected by the excitation light projection means and has a fluorescent reactive substance for emitting predetermined fluorescence in response to the excitation light and fluorescent reaction information acquisition means for acquiring fluorescent reaction information of the fluorescent reactive substance emitted in response to the excitation light by using at least a part of the light receiving optical system.
