Disclosed are a manufacturing method of water soluble mastic comprising methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM) and a composition. The water soluble mastic can be manufactured by inserting 0.1-99.9 wt% of mastic power containing a mastic component and 0.1-99.9 wt% of a mixture manufactured by mixing mastic-containing powder, an aqueous agent consisting of water or alcohol or a mixture of water and alcohol, and an edible surfactant into a grinding agitator to agitate the mixture. The mastic containing MSM can be applied and used for a satisfactory recovery rate of an active component of the mastic, a simplified process, and an additive in a wide range of fields.MSM이 포함된 수용성 매스틱 제조방법 및 조성물에 관하여 개시한다. 수용성 매스틱은 매스틱 성분이 함유된 매스틱 분말 0.1 내지 99.9중량%； 매스틱 함유 분말을 물이나 알코올 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물로 이루어지는 수용화제와 식용계면활성제를 혼합하여 제조된 0.1 내지 99.9중량%의 혼합물을 분쇄 교반기에 넣어 교반하여 제조될 수 있으며, 매스틱 유효성분의 양호한 회수율, 간단화된 공정, 첨가제로서 MSM을 포함하는 매스틱은 광범위한 분야에서 이용과 사용성을 제공한다.
