A unique ID including an actuator that is detachably attached to the water tap and that operates the water tap, a water supply control unit that controls the actuator, and a communication unit that communicates with a field water management server. A field water management system comprising: a water faucet control device in which information is set； and a field water management server for remotely controlling the water faucet control device, wherein the water faucet control device includes a position information capturing unit.
