PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for pretreatment of cooked seafood, particularly a tray used for removing the odor of fresh fish and shellfish. SOLUTION: This tray is for pre-cooking treatment by allowing a predetermined time to elapse in a state in which an odor removing agent is added to the raw fish and shellfish, and with respect to the X-direction and the Y-direction intersecting with each other, with respect to an installation surface such as a table. The tray main body 1 having the tray means 1a on the upper surface side, which is installed in an inclined posture with the one side edge portion 5a in the X direction being the upper position and the other side edge portion 5b being the lower position. The tray means 1a forms ribs 8 extending in the X direction in a row in the Y direction to form water passages 9 between the ribs from the upper position to the lower position, and faces the lower portion of the water passage in the Y direction. A water storage groove 10 extending in the direction is formed, and support projections 11 standing between the water flow path and the water storage groove are erected and arranged in a row in the Y direction.
