SOLUTION: A substance such as a PET bottle is connected, a liquid or the like (water or the like) having a small temperature change throughout the year such as about 5 meters underground is prepared inside the substance, and the liquid or the like (water or the like) is pumped inside by an electric pump or the like. Use it for internal air conditioning when the outside temperature is high or low.
