PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact individually packaged medicine automatic dispenser storing multiple individual packaged medicines, formed by sealing a round medicine into a pack, and surely and sequentially dispensing them in a good attitude.SOLUTION: The automatic dispenser includes: an aligned storage/sequential discharge mechanism 40 which has multiple individual storage members 20 in lines around the outer circumference of an endless belt 41 being circulatingly movable on a vertical plane, wherein the upper side part of the endless belt 41 is horizontally stretched and each individual storage member 20 is formed of an upper-face-opened box body having the height lower than the height of a round medicine 11 and stores an individually packaged medicine 10 therein in an erected state and a take-out mechanism 50 which extracts a head medicine from the individual storage member 20 by axially rotating a receiving roller 54, wherein the receiving roller 54 is disposed at a position, where the head medicine out of the alignedly stored medicines is fallen forward by the circulation movement of the endless belt 41 into a substantially horizontal attitude, with the axial direction of the receiving roller 54 facing the horizontal direction and orthogonally crossing with the advancing direction of the upper side part of the endless belt 41.
