The present invention relates to horticultural pincers, and more specifically, to horticultural pincers which can use a fixing ring capable of fixing the stem of a plant variably depending on the size of the plant stem. The horticultural pincers integrally comprises: a pincer part perforated with a support fixing hole a fixing part extending from the pincer part and perforated with a stem fixing hole inside and a handle part extending from the fixing part and capable of being held by a user. The fixing part is divided into a first fixing part and a second fixing part, and the handle part is divided into a first handle part and a second handle part. The first fixing part connects to the first handle part, and the second fixing part connects to the second handle part. The pincer part is formed to be opened or closed depending on the compression and expansion of the handle part. The fixing part has a fixing groove capable of installing the fixing ring, and fixing rings that have different sizes of fixing holes formed therein can be substituted and used variably depending on the thickness of the stem of a tree.
