A device for reciprocating longitudinal and vertical displacement of positional instrumental table having pivoting mechanism of multifunctional and diagnostic and surgical operating table with the possibility of information and computer control comprising vertical housing of operating table capable to change the height, which is positionally located in its base. In the top of the vertical housing made as a cylinder with coaxial to it pivoting mechanism to which orthogonal profile is fixed with a protrusion in the upper part and protrusion with notched surface in the middle part, which are functionally connected with movable device of the instrumental table by means of two bearings and notched gear drive separated from each other. The drive housing is secured on movable device at the bottom of which two separated additional bearings are also located.
