More specifically, the present invention relates to a wet tissue comprising a liquid composition and a wet tissue fabric, wherein the liquid composition comprises: purified water or jade water； one or more extracts of Citri Unshius Pericarpium, Cynanchum wilfordii, Angelica gigas, licorice, Astragalus membranaceus, Cortex ulmi pumilae, and mugwort； one or more extracts of Platycodon grandiflorum and lemon； one or more extracts of Lithospermi Radix, Ponciri Fructus, Scutellariae Radix, peony, Chrysanthemum indicum, and Saururus chinensis； one or more extracts of lavender, Houttuynia cordata, and Lonicera japonica； a mixture of one or more extracts of Perilla frutescens, Sophora flavescens Aiton, Atractylodis Rhizoma alba, mistletoe, and ginkgo leaves； a fermented extract obtained by culturing rice and beans via fermentation and extraction processes； and a moringa seed extract extracted from moringa seeds.
