PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the antiallergic action of black vinegar to provide agents for the prevention or improvement of allergic symptoms, in which black vinegar is contained as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an agent described in the following (1) or (2), by using a degranulation inhibitory effect which is an antiallergic action of black vinegar. Providing a degranulation inhibitor containing as an active ingredient black vinegar enables suppression of the release of histamine by basophils and mast cells and the like, and prevention or improvement of type-I allergic symptoms, such as pollinosis in which IgE is involved. (1) A degranulation inhibitor containing black vinegar as an active ingredient.
