[Problem] To provide a microemulsion-type cosmetic wherein an oily phase mainly comprising a silicone oil or a hydrocarbon oil has been microemulsified without using a high-pressure emulsification machine.[Solution] A microemulsion-type cosmetic having an average emulsion particle size of 150 nm or less, characterized by comprising: an aqueous phase that is a continuous layer； an oil phase that is dispersed in the aqueous phase and contains 82 mass% or more, relative to the oily phase, of a silicone oil and a hydrocarbon oil； a carboxy-denatured silicone that is represented by general formula (1)； a higher alcohol having 16-22 carbon atoms； a nonionic surfactant that carries a POE chain and has an HLB of 5-10； and a dihydric alcohol.[In general formula (1): R1 and R2 represent a functional group represented by -O-Si(R4)3 (wherein R4 represents an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms)； R3 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1-10 carbon atoms； M represents a hydrogen atom, a metal atom or an organic cation； and A represents a linear or branched alkylene group represented by CqH2q (wherein q represents an integer of 6-20)].Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un produit cosmétique de type micro-émulsion, une phase huileuse comprenant principalement une huile de silicone ou une huile hydrocarbonée ayant été micro-émulsionnée sans utiliser de machine d'émulsification à haute pression.
