A patient anonymously and independently conducts a psychological assessment and corrective psychological treatment using remote communication means, without contact with a psychologist, by means of testing. The sensory preferences of the patient are ascertained, and the number and type of sensory stimuli that elicit maximally pleasant sensations for the patient are determined for all five channels of sensory perception on the basis of said preferences. Based on the results, a set of materials is remotely assembled and made available for the patient to independently undergo a course of corrective treatment, including an autogenic training script, sensory stimuli, tools for the use of said stimuli, and instructions.
