An ellipsoidal enclosure (4) extending along the axis of revolution is provided for the patient to lie in. It remains suspended in a levitated state in the "void" as a result of the action of a nuclear oscillator (figure 1) producing a powerful field of electromagnetic forces. The patient is provided with a cone-shaped head-mounted display (figure 7). Binocular perception offers normal three-dimensional images in order for the patient to believe he or she is experiencing a real world outside the enclosure surrounding him or her. Two translator probes (figure 4) are housed in the nasal cavities to provide, in sequences, programmes of synchronised olfactory stimuli and two other probes (figure 4) are provided for acoustic stimuli. The translator probes (figure 4) check the organic functions inside the organic tissues, without the insertion of such probes being necessary. A computer (figure 6) that compares the flow of information from the nerve endings with standard models "dictates" the effector or motor responses to the patient's organs. A display screen (figure 5) allows the attending physician to control, at any moment in time, the metabolic and physiological activities of all the organic functions of the patient, in order to target his or her treatment.Une enceinte ellipsoïdale (4) allongée sur l'axe de révolution permet d'étaler le patient.
