The information processing apparatus 401 has: a calculation unit 402 which, on the basis of agricultural information pertaining to agricultural work performed in a process in which a subject crop is cultivated in a subject agricultural field, calculates an intake resource amount indicating an amount that can be taken in by the subject crop when cultivated according to the agricultural information； and an information creation unit 403 which, on the basis of the intake resource amount and a necessary resource amount required for growing the subject crop, creates risk information indicating a degree of risk that the yield of the subject crop will be reduced.
