A protein-fluorescent probe complex according to the present invention is a form in which a protein is incorporated into cells by CD47 overexpressed in cancer tissue, and a probe that re-emits fluorescence is combined. The protein-fluorescent probe complex can be effectively delivered to a cancer site, can increase phagocytosis of macrophages alone, and decomposes within the cells to emit fluorescence, thereby providing a technique for specific imaging of cancer cells. In the future, the protein-fluorescent probe complex can be combined with various drugs as a carrier to further improve the anti-cancer effect and cancer cell imaging.본 발명에 따른 단백질-형광 복합체는 암 조직에서 과발현하는 CD47에 의해 단백질이 세포 내로 함입되어, 형광을 재방출하는 프로브를 결합한 형태로, 암부위에 효과적으로 전달되고, 스스로 대식세포의 식세포 작용을 증대할 수 있으며, 세포 내에서 분해되어 형광을 방출하기 때문에 암세포에 특이적으로 이미징할 수 있는 기술이다. 향후 이 단백질-형광 복합체를 전달체로 다양한 약물과 결합하여 함암 효과 및 암세포 이미징을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
